Every catalogue item carries its own minimum order quantity, taken directly from the supplier lot it came from — we don’t round it up or hide it; you see the real minimum before you order.
Pricing is quoted net, in euros, converted to UAE dirhams at a published daily reference rate, with the 5% UAE VAT shown as its own line rather than folded into the price. Payment runs as 100% prepayment through iSAP.Wallet — we don’t offer credit terms yet, so the price you see is the price that clears before dispatch.
Placing an order is straightforward: our team turns your item list into a written quotation, with quantities, unit prices and VAT broken out per line, so your finance team has something they can check against a purchase order.
